Personal information:
Joel is from Roanoke, Virginia where he was a captive agency owner before making his transition to Southern Insurance Group. Becoming an independent insurance agent was an easy decision for Joel because of his passion for helping people. He is very excited about bringing his family to the Upstate.
There are many aspects that Joel enjoys about working for an independent agency, most importantly the freedom to create individual plans for each client even in the most complex situation. He specializes in coastal properties and the unique insurance needs required to protect those investments.
In his spare time, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, volunteering at his church, and catching a Carolina Panthers game.
